Your data
The activity log records changes people make to your organisation — members invited and removed, roles changed, kiosks created and re-rolled, settings edited, reports exported, roll calls started and ended.
It does not record ordinary traffic. Visitors signing in and out are in the sign-in log, not here; this is a record of administration.
Reading an entry
Open any entry for the full account: who did it, exactly when, the details of the change, and a plain-English note explaining what it actually changed. It also shows what else that person did around the same time, which is usually what you need when reconstructing how something ended up the way it is.
How long it is kept
Entries are kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically — long enough to cover a full school year, so an incident can be compared with the same point in the last one.
Only owners and administrators can read it. It names people and the changes they made, so it is not something every colleague should be able to browse.
