Visitors
A badge template controls what a printed pass looks like — its size, what appears on it, and your logo. You can have different templates for visitors, staff and pupils, and one of each is the default used when somebody prints.
Printing one
Find the person on the People page, open the actions menu and choose Print ID badge. Entris opens a print window sized to the badge. Set your printer to actual size — "fit to page" will scale the badge and it will not line up with your label stock.
Nothing prints?
The print window is a pop-up. If nothing appears, your browser has probably blocked it — look for a blocked-pop-up icon in the address bar and allow pop-ups for Entris.
Printing is a separate permission from viewing. If you can see somebody but there is no print option, your role does not include it — see roles and permissions.
