Visitors
Scheduling a visit tells Entris somebody is expected. When they arrive their name is already on the kiosk's list, so they sign in with one tap instead of typing anything.
Their host is emailed when you schedule it, and again if you change the time or move it to a different host.
Cancelling versus deleting

| Cancel | The visit stops appearing on the kiosk but stays on record, so you can see it was arranged and called off. |
| Restore | Undoes a cancellation. The visit reappears on the kiosk. |
| Delete | Removes the record entirely. Use this for something arranged in error, not for a visit that did not happen. |
If somebody arrives who was expected, checking them in from the dashboard does the same thing as them tapping their name at the kiosk.
