Kiosks
A theme controls the colours, wording and logo on your kiosk screens. One theme is the organisation default and every kiosk uses it unless you pin that kiosk to a different one.
Pinning is useful when one entrance needs to look or behave differently — a staff-only door, or a site with its own branding.
Your logo
The organisation logo set in Settings appears on kiosks and printed badges. Only the owner can change it. A theme can override the logo for a specific kiosk if you need to.
Changes appear on the kiosk on its next screen change — there is no need to sign the device out and back in.
